Meetings

The annual meeting is held on the third Tuesday of March.

Clark Rural Water System holds an annual meeting each year to bring together our member-owners and review the past year's accomplishments and financial performance. During this important gathering, we discuss upcoming projects, system improvements, and goals for the coming year. The meeting provides an opportunity for members to stay informed about their water system's operations, ask questions, and participate in important decisions affecting our rural water service across Clark, Codington, Day, Grant, and Hamlin counties. All members are encouraged to attend and engage in the stewardship of their community-owned water utility.
